Bestzeit von Joëlle Flück beim Internationalen TCS-Marathon in Amsterdam
Vor drei Wochen absolvierte Joëlle bereits den Marathon von Berlin in 3:00.27h. Die warmen Temperaturen verhinderten dort aber eine noch schnellere Zeit.
Mit dem Ziel, eine neue Bestzeit zu laufen, startete Joëlle nur 3 Wochen später am TCS Marathon in Amsterdam. Unter anderem dank dem vorzüglichen Pacemakerdienst von Stefan Lowiner, gelang ihr ein sehr regelmässiges Rennen. Joëlle verbesserte ihre persönliche Bestzeit auf die sehr starke Zeit von 2:55.03h und belegt nun in der LCR TopTen-Bestenliste hinter Samira Schnüriger und Arlette Meier-Hunger den dritten Rang. In der aktuellen Schweizer-Saisonbestenliste 2021 belegt Joëlle damit den 5. Rang.
Glanzzeiten von Urs Schönenberger und Loris Pellaz über 10-Kilometer in Montereau FRA
Urs und Loris, welche sich im Hinblick auf das Ziel einer Quali für die Cross EM in Dublin, bereits etwas länger im Wintertraining befinden, starteten am gut besetzten Strassenlauf „Les Foulées Monterelaises“ in Montereau in der Nähe von Paris. Urs verbesserte seine PB um fast eine ganze Minute auf sehr starke 29:48′ (erstmals unter 30 Minuten) und belegte den guten 6. Rang Overall.
Gar eine noch grössere Verbesserung der PB gelang Loris, der sich um fast zwei Minuten auf sehr starke 30:07‘ verbesserte.
Hoffen wir, dass die beiden ihre starke Form auch im Gelände zeigen und sich so für die Cross-EM empfehlen können.
In der LCR-Bestenliste ist Urs bei den Männern nun als zweiter hinter Jonas Raess und Loris als 4. klassiert. In der aktuellen Schweizer-Saisonbestenliste 2021 belegt Urs nun den 4. und Loris den 8. Rang.
