Nach einem sehr schwierigen letzten halben Jahr, während dem Urs infolge Achillessehneschmerzen vorwiegend nur alternativ trainieren konnte, ist dies doch eine kleine Überraschung.
Nach einem schnellen Start (3km in 8:48‘) büsste Urs etwas und musste mit Bauchkrämpfen Tempo rausnehmen.
Mit einem starken Finish (letzter Km in 2:46‘ !) überholte er noch einige Konkurrenten und lief in der SM-Wertung und einer Zeit von 30:49,4 auf den ausgezeichneten 3. Rang. Ein unglaubliches Comeback !
Ramona Rieder verbesserte mit 39:25‘ ihre PB um eine halbe Minute und lief auf den 13. SM-Rang.
