LCR TopTen-Bestenliste

Dank Samira Schnüriger (Marathon), Loris Pellaz (3000m Steeple) und Jonas Raess (5000m) wurden in diesem Jahr wieder drei neue Vereinsrekorde realisiert.

Dass dies aber nur die Spitze des Eisberges ist, zeigt der Umstand, dass in diesem Jahr schon wieder insgesamt 45 Korrekturen an der BL vorgenommen werden konnten. War schon das Jahr 2020 mit 35 Einträgen ein neuer Rekord, konnte dieser in dieser Saison nochmals um rund 30% auf 45 verbessert werden.

Nebst den erfreulichen Verbesserungen von Simon Kögl (100m) und Nicole Aeschlimann (Kugel)  in den technischen Disziplinen gelangen die restlichen 43 Verbesserungen den LäuferInnen des Runningteams. Nicht überraschend ist die Tatsache, dass die Frauen mit insgesamt 30, gegenüber 13 der Männer, doppelt so viele Verbesserungen erzielen konnten.

Bei den Frauen verbesserten sich Michelle Gröbli, Karin Disch, Nadine Allemann und Nachwuchsläuferin Deborah Steinlin alle in vier verschienden Disziplinen.

Neben dem neuen  Vereinsrekord unseres Olympioniken Jonas Raess, brillierte bei den Männern vor allem Loris Pellaz der sich sogar in 6 verschiedenen Disziplinen verbesserte.

Schlussfolgerung und Dank

All die aufgeführten Leistungen sind ein Beweis, dass unsere Coaches Gian Marco Meier und Martin Knill ausgezeichnete Arbeit leisten. Bravo, besser kann man es einfach nicht machen.

Bestimmt auch im Namen aller LäuferInnen bedanke mich bei den Trainern und allen verantwortlichen des LCR Vorstandes, die es ermöglichen, dass im LCR so professionell trainiert werden kann.

Kompetente Trainer, ausgeklügelte Trainingspläne und gute Bedingungen alleine führen aber alleine noch nicht zu neuen Bestzeiten. Nur dank den tausenden von Kilometer, intensiven Trainings auf dem Wisacher oder im Grünwald, die Stunden im Kraftraum und der Halle, die all die vielen Athleten fleissig und konsequent absolvieren, sind solche Leistungen möglich.

Super – macht weiter so.
